Wii Troubleshooting

wii remote

I really hope someone can help me. My friend borrowed me her wii for a couple weeks because I wanted to see if I liked it before dishin out all the xtra cash. Well my hubby was just playing it and it worked fine until I put in Raymond and now the remotes won't work. The lights will all light up and stay on, both do the same. I have tried restarting the system, unplugging it and all, and changing batterier. I checked to make sure everything is connected right, I'm clueless!

What you need to do is press both of the sync buttons together.
One of them can be found behind the battery cover(litte red button)
and the other on the system itself, inside the little flap on the front of the system (litte red button). Press both buttons together..
REP ME BY CLICKING THE LITTLE GREEN MUSHROOM

Cannot update Wii

I found my internet connection fine, but when I go to update the consol, the whole thing just freezes right up after about 30 seconds. Any ideas?

We just got the Wii and we were testing it out. After trying a game involving the Gamecube controller, we tried to use the Wiimote and the mouse would not appear on the screen. After a while of keeping the Wii on, the screen dimmed. Can you help me?

1) you cannt use wiimotes in gamecube games

2) the screen is supposed to dim to prevent burning screen or something like that

GC Memory Card Problem

Today i had bought a Dragoncube GC Memory card 64 Mega which holds 64mb worth of space - 1019 blocks And a Wavebird Controller. The wavebird controller works fine but the wii doesn't read the memory card in either memory card ports.

When i goto data management and select nintendo gamecube it doesn't read the memory card in either port and i can't run games as it says theres no GC memory card in slot a. So my question is whether its my system or whether its with the GC memory card itself.

the blue light. i read about it here and on a bunch of other sites so i know its not suppose to be on 247. but now im slightly concerned cause i thought i remember seeing it blink a few times when i first powered it on. now when i power on the console it blinks once and thats it. is this normal? i would have expected it to be on a lot longer than about a second if this is normal.
Yes it is normal for the blue light to flash once quickly. If you want it to continuily stay on some one has to send a letter through exchaning like wii friend codes.

Hey Umm can anyone help me? I have three wii remotes. they all worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago when one of them now won't let the rotating function work etc.. which means I also can use the nunchuk to twist shake etc. I called nintendo and they told me to bang the remote on my hand incase the accelerater was stuck but it didn't work. Now I'm suppose to ship it is and see if they can repair it but I don't know where to ship it to. Technically Bestbuy should be the ones repairing it because my warranty is through them.

No idea about who to ship it to, but try hitting it against the palm of your hand a few times.

ok, if you bought the 5 dollars warranty in best buy, just take it to best buy, I think they will give you a new one, if not, they will repair it. if it can't be repair they will give you a new one.
