Those still on Verizon DSL and using that Westell 327W that has been giving you problems. I found a firmware update buried at Verizon's site that will fix your problem:

I installed this and voila instant connection. Now i have a worthless $40 USB WiFi connector. Anyone wanna buy?

I applied that firmware update and still can't get connected.

I dont get any error code but has anyone been knocked offline everytime they try to use a team playbook? I can use the default one and play a whole game but as soon as I use the Z button for the team playbook Im booted.

I saw something on rosters not being correct so I deleted my profile and tried to play again and same deal.

Just as an update. I use Verizon DSL and have a Westell 327W router. I solved my connection issues by creating a default profile with my ISP username/password. I realized that Verizon does not set one of thee up by default.

I take it u mean the lock icon after u r prompted to choose an access point ??

Well you have to choose your A/P then enter the password for your router

enter your password when prompted ?

you shouldnt have to unless you are selecting a manual setup .

step by step

select wireless connection
search for access point
select your access point
type in pass code

ok maybe try to alter the security settings before you type your password ,
make sure that you have typed your code case sensitive

if your code was written on the router then make sure you have the correct sequence of letters/numbers and are not trying to enter the ip address or something
