Yoshi's level appeared in the Nintendo World 06 trailer, which means he should be in there. Bowser is a big part of the Nintendo series so he should be in there, same reasoning for Peach plus she was popular. And DK has been there since SSB64 so he should pretty much be guaranteed as well.
