Yeah

Luigi has to be one of the funniest characters in the game. I was watching someone play vs with Luigi against a Mario. Obviously the Mario won but the Luigi did a hell of a fight. Someone else was watching and when Luigi did the dash attack or the fsmash attack he just cracked up completely.
