MEW:Synthesis.Water pulse. Hypnosis.Dreameater
Water Pulse is quite weak among water attacks. Surf or at least Brine are both more reliable options. Unless you're aiming at the chance of confusion. As I was just saying, Mew has access to Roost, a more reliable alternative ot Synthesis.
Shaymin:Synthesis.Leech seed. Magical leaf.Growth
Sticking a stat boost for just one move is a bit of a waste of space. Energy Ball or Grass Knot are also more reliable. The sure-hit effect of Magical Leaf could be useful, though. You could fill in the slot used for Growth with something like Earth Power.
Magmortar:Flamthrower.Sunnyday.Solarbeam.rocksmash.
Ah yes, nice moveset. Except Rock Smash? Teach it something your likely to use, like Thunderbolt or Psychic.
Electivire:Thunderbolt.Chargebeam.giga impact.Thunder
You don't need three electric STAB moves. Thunder should replaced with Flamethrower, and Giga Impact doesn't get a SpA boost from Charge Beam. A Hidden Power or Psychic will be nice, or at least Hyper Beam.
Rayquaza:Extremespeed. Sky attack.Rest.Screech
Rayquaza isn't the hottest defensive Poke, Rest is quite unnecesary. Dragon Claw is a more perferred STAB than Sky Attack. The slot Rest was in could be use to teach it Earthquake or Waterfall.
LugiaYchic.Aeroblast.Fly.Waterpulse
Again, Surf over Water Pulse. Other than that it's fine.
