Er... Regice is a legendary. I can't get an egg for him! Also, can I replace Waterfall on either Dewgong or Walrein with Surf? I don't want a slave for something as important as that.

Indeed, that means you need t' catch a Regice. Apparently Walrein has higher SpA (wut is this i dont even), so put Surf on it. I overrule Neoscrub since I'm awesome liek that. :D

I'll probably use six, but I want to use one of the starters.

In that case, I give you Cyndaquil and Pidgey

DIAMOND SCRAMBLE/MOVESET UPDATE

So I started off as usual. Went with my very impatient friend to the lake to try and find a red Gyarados (not going to happen), see the professor and Dawn and get my starter (Piplup) and battle the Starly that attacks me. I then travel to Sandgem town to see the professor and get my pokedex. I then catch a Kricketot in the next route and start training it. Does anyone know how annoying it is to train a Kricketot until it evolves? It can only learn Growl and Bide until it evolves (lucky it doesn't take long to evolve). Eventually I got it to a level that is suitable for battling and continued on my journey to Jubilife City and then onto Oreburgh City where I finally got another 4 of my pokemon in egg form (the last was still a fossil). After I hatched them, I evolved my Porygon to Porygon-Z. Then I trained some of my pokemon in Oreburgh Mine until they (mainly Staryu) were ready for the gym battle. I defeated Roark without much difficulty thanks to Staryu.
I then traveled to Floaroma Town and onto the Valley Windworks and had my first encounter with Team Galactic. It was really easy and I didn't have much trouble with it at all. After that, I traveled to Eterna city and battled the gym. I beat the trainers easily, but made a big mistake with the leader. I was trying to train my Eevee by having at the front of the party and switch out in the first turn and then switching it back in for the first turn of the next pokemon and repeating. This would've worked fine if I'd known that Gardenia's Roserade would be too powerful for my already weakened Pidgeotto to beat like that. Unfortunately I lost the battle and had to go back for a rematch. This time I wasn't so careless. I had Eevee in for the first turn of the first two pokemon but kept Pidgeotto in when she went into Roserade. I OHKO'ed it with fly and wondered why I didn't do that the first time.
I then traveled back to Oreburgh City to revive my fossil and get my last pokemon.

And? I cant beat the entire game with Pidgey and Cyndaquil

I only chose 2 of your pokemon. You have to wait for 2 other people to give you your other 4.
It says it in the rules under scramble challenge on the second post of the thread.

I know how frustrating it is to have to wait for your other pokemon. The other people will come eventually and give you the rest. If, for some weird reason, no-one gives you your other 4 pokemon in one week, I'll give you the rest of them.

That's a fairly good combination you got there, Mankey. The Onix will help immensely as a TM slave/Jack of all trades. Experiment with TMs, see how many Onix will learn.
