Oi, you gave 'er the moveset, give 'er a nickname. If ya can't give enough of a **** to name it anythin' good, name it somethin' anyways. Name it Tpuremac for all I care.
*Opens Gangsta Nickname generator and types random letters*
Fly-Ass Crab Whacka is what it gave me. Is that acceptable?

Challenge Update

'Nother small update, who would'a thought. Worked on gettin' my Pokes' moves up to date with the Challenge 'fore I headed down to Lillycove. Headin' through the rainy area of Route 120, I had a real close call in a Double Battle versus a Castform and Manectric. Turn one, Dirge got paralyzed by Thunderwave and confused by a ****-damage Water Pulse. For some unexplainable reason I switched out Steve for Kesumayat rather than Balderdash and his currently double STAB Surf. Dirge hurt 'emself in confusion (I'm used to it... ... ...). Next turn, I'm fully paralyzed; likely outta laziness, since I'm close to evolving; and Manectric's perfect-accurate Thunder hits Kesumayat for lackluster damage. It does however paralyze him, resultin' in a turn one full-paralysis... What a ****in' surprise. ._. Bullshit hax on just a random double battle. Rain = broken.

I didn't want Dirge to hurt himself even more since he might get into KO range. Since he already is if a Weather Ball or another Thunder crits, I switched 'em out for Balderdash to clean things up. Lady luck, y u so merciless?

Rushin' through Route 121, I wanted to get to Lillycove and teach my Pokes the rest of their moves. Dirge finally evolved into the lethargic, lazy ass sunovabitch he's always been on the way. 'Fore I could get the TMs I wanted, I had to battle May one last time of course. Waste'a time really, RSE's rival is the least potent foe outta every generation.

T'was little more than second verse, same as the first. Swampert did away with her Slugma and now evolved Pelipper,
Q
went all Red Mountain on Tropius, and Grovyle met an end just as gruesome. After that boring skirmish, I bought a bunch'a TMs, deleted some moves, and got everyone's movesets up to date. Saved from there.

Challenge Update

After a short hiatus due to sickness, I decided my mind's clear enough (i.e. without a horrendous migraine) t' get back to the challenge. Beat all the trainers on the way to the safari zone to level up Steve for evolution and Balderdash in preparation for Tate & Liza. Upon gettin' into the Safari Zone, I used my Itemfinder in an attempt t' find TM 22 (Solarbeam) across the entirety of every area; which took three entry fees; only to find out I needed to bloody Mach Bike to get into the sole mach bike only area. Which has Solarbeam. ;_; ... I also discovered all the items are in plain sight, not a single one invisible 'n hidden, and I wasted five times the necessary time needed. FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU--

Beat most of the trainers on Route 123, flew back to Lilycove, and made my way into Mt. Pyre. Rememberin' what a great themes both the mountain and the building have. Beat all the trainers in the tower, then knocked all the Aqua goons off of Mt. Pyre. Had a close call in the tower actually. Steve was faced with a Wobbuffet. I knew he wouldn't OHKO it, and if Dig was a crit, Counter would destroy 'em. I owned the blue blob once earlier with Slaking's Hyper Beam, but STAB Hyper Beam from 160 Base Attack ain't no Lairon's STAB Iron Tail... I happily wasted my three X-attacks to ensure Steve wasn't gonna die from bullshit, and switched Slaking back t' bein' my lead through the rest'a the tower...

Proceeded t' clean out the pockets of every last trainer on Route 123, and flew off to Fallarbor to go infiltrate Team Magma's base under Mt. Chimney. ... In the next update anywho, flew back to Lilycove to do some bartering and saved here. After that close encounter with a deadly Psychic type, I've stocked up on four of every basic X-item (Atk, Def, Spe, Spec). >_>;

The team is as follows:

Balderdash (Swampert), lv. 40
Naive
Holding Soft Sand

Moveset:

Mud Shot
Surf
Blizzard
Take Down

Dirge (Slaking), lv. 37
Lonely
Holding a Silk Scarf

Moveset:

Hyper Beam
Secret Power
Bulk Up
Fire Blast

Steve (Lairon), lv. 40
Hardy
Holding an EXP. Share

Moveset:

Dig
Iron Defense
Iron Tail
Rollout

Kesumayat (Vileplume), lv. 31
Mild
Holding a Miracle Seed

Moveset:

Sludge Bomb
Double Team
Sleep Powder
Solar Beam

Q (Camerupt), lv. 34
Relaxed
Holding Charcoal

Moveset:

Fire Blast (now with moar PP!)
Strength
Protect
Magnitude

The more I look into the battle ahead with Tate & Liza, the more worried I get. What are the most troublesome moments I've had so far in the Nuzlocke? Double battles (on Route 123, I had a semi-close call in one of the two Double Battles with trainers). What does my team lack in? Special Defense. ... The twins are my teams' two most hated issues. This might be where I lose a team member. From what I can tell, preventing Sunny Day from goin' up will be incredibly important. Once Claydol and Xatu are gone, Steve can take Solrock or Lunatone's moves a few times if necessary. If the sun ain't up, Surf will destroy the two's astral stone Pokes and Solrock can't hit Swampert with Solarbeam without a warning first. Dirge ain't specially bulky at all, but with that massive HP he'll be able to smash Xatu before it sets up Sunny Day, and Swampert can do the rest. ... If it's not hit with Hypnosis anywho. Gotta compare Swampert's and Lunatone's Base Speed.

I'll be lookin' more into the battle 'course, I doubt things'll go as planned above.

ohai inactive thread

Been occupied with the grand games Okami and Kingdom Hearts 3D, so my challenge has been... lackin' in progress the past half-month. Might not change for awhile either with the advent of BW2. Ah well.

Anywho, postin' here to detail progress on my storm onto the Battle Frontier, both third Gen and fourth, startin' with Emerald. It ain't a challenge, but my ramblings of my progress and epic(?) battles are better put here than anywhere else. Also, since I no longer have my frontier symbols on my Emerald since I restarted it for my challenge, I'm doin' it on an emulator. This affords me the luxury of hax so I don't have t' breed from ****in' scratch again. ... I'd have t' hack to get the teams I want anyways (ohai Soul Dew). If I've gotta start my frontier exploits in Emerald all over, I ain't 'bout to spend another maxed out playtime of breedin' the old fashioned way... ugh. All stats and items are legal of course, and no save state abuse what-so-ever.

Man is it great t' hear the Frontier's theme again, I still recall how much I loved this place; that love turned me into a competitive battler after all. So I started with the Battle Tower. The second hardest facility and the second highest amount of skill needed for achieving a golden Ability symbol, I thought it'd be a good place t' start. Made my team in less than an hour (though I must'a spent three hours tryin' to find the hacking tools to do so); posted it in the "What's your team?" thread, by the way; and got to the battling. When I got t' battle 21, I was pumped 'n ready to own Salon Maiden Anabel's first team for a Silver symbol.

... And my hopes fell flat when I remembered that Symbol battles vary from facility to facility, and ain't as quick t' get to as they are in Platinum's Frontier. HERPDERP! Looked it up and got back to it, only 14 more matches. Got to the first match avoidin' hax (and obviously a loss) with all-due ease and pummeled 'er for a Silver symbol. I'd detail the match, but... I forget what happened.

Encountered some... hax on the way to round 2 with Anabel, expectedly. My "favorite" example is a Kingdra barely surviving my Latios' +1 Dragon Claw thanks to hugs 'n kisses from Lady Luck, then hitting through it's +1 Special Defense with a critical hit Ice Beam. Which froze the poor Eon. fml. Metagross cleaned up though, my team isn't completely ass without my beloved Latios.

Speakin' of Metagross sweeps, this slow thing has almost minimal Speed and a Choice Band. One match, I just-plain spammed CB Meteor Mash and ripped through my foe's team. Outspeedin' every one'a their Pokes. I lol'd hard.

Avoidin' gettin' destroyed by Double Team hax time and again, I finally made my way t' battle Anabel for the right to gold. Rather than recount the battle in my piss-poor attempts at a good warstory, I'll instead let y'all watch it if you're interested. Got it saved as my recorded battle. I can give y'all the emulator (ssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh), rom, 'n save so ya's can see it yourself. Either way, after a 70-streak session, whether it was win or loss I was definitely done for the time bein'.

And what Generation would that be possible in without modifying wild battle spawns?

It'd be too easy. That GodKarp. Why shouldn't CK be the name of the trainer, and then Pichu And Mr^2 don't have to share a body of a tiny mouse? I'm sure there are other Pokemon they both like.

Oh, that reminds me... Even when I'm winnin' in the Battle Frontier, I can't escape the game trollin' me. Ya know what the first Poke I saw that was sent out in the first battle? ... A ****in' Shedinja. WHICH WALLS MY DAMN LEAD! A few matches later, another'a the bastards too.

Trollfreak trollin' successful. ._.

A valid point, bro. I mean hey, I am the best trainer on Wiichat anyways. I own all'a ya's so I might as well be the trainer. ;D

Also, thanks for that last nickname [STRIKE]Scrub[/STRIKE] Nicky. :D

And what Generation would that be possible in without modifying wild battle spawns?

Eggs, good sir. Gen 4 and 5. :p
