Aye, all that's covered within the rules in the second post on the first page. During a monotype, you can catch any Pokemon for "trade fodder", to use for HMs, so on and so forth. Just can't use them in battle once ya get your first flying type.

You know when i said i would have acces to soulsilver? Well as it turns out i lost my copy of it and can't find it. So i am no longer in possesion of it so i cant use honchcrow,sorry.

Sorry t' hear ya lost your Soul Silver. Hope ya find it. I know how irritatin' it is t' lose a version or two myself. =/

Pretty good team. I also found soul silver today. Being forgetful as usual i forgot i put it in it's case. so i will start soon and update every gym battle,or maybe every couple of routes.

I will try to get spiritomb from you asap but not really used to wifi trading so might take me awhile to get used to it.

Challenge update: Got first badge with turtwig and got spiritombs egg, hatched spiritomb, owned team galactic, And beat Two level 16 zubats at level 7. needless to say spiritomb is beast.

Challenge update:Got murkrows egg,trained murkrow to level 8 and almost had a heart atack when the trainer i battled had a freakin MAGIKARP.Talk about op.

im playing pokemon dimond doing a flying monotype challenge and im wondering if anyone can give me any tips because i got a level 13 starly and a level 13 zubat but the only ay i can think of beating the first gym is cheating but i dont want to so plz help?

I would overlevel them both until level 16 or higher,use supersonic and astonish with zubat,and spam double team and wing attack with starly,or just cheat. Hope this helps.
