3 months isn't exactly "just around the corner;" I'd give them a little more time.
Was "Yarn Yoshi" ever the name of that yarn game when it was announced 2 years ago? Cause if so, there might still be a chance of this game getting a new name as well.
Otherwise, I don't think it'll happen. I mean, 3 months is not really soon, but everyone knows the gamename now by how it's called. I think E3 was the last even where they could've changed it. Still hoping for a different name though.

Her game is rated M, I don't think N-do wants to deal with that if it becomes a problem or has to do with anything. Is that not why they left the proximity mine uncredited in Melee (it being from 007 Golden or Perfect Dark I forget), am I wrong? And Snake was a special occasion really.

Mii sizes are interesting actually. Are you even more slower the bigger your Mii is? Or is there a set limit, like Small, Med, Large or every little cm weigh in? Does this also mean how fat your Mii is also affect your falling speed, etc? I'm all for customizing Mii's but I feel like there's gotta be a catch besides not using them with anyone online.

about online ranking:
No one actually at the bottom is a good change I guess. I'm not super competitive, but if the number went down instead of up I think that'd stir up some heat and casuals won't mind too much. Who wants to be the very best? Like no one ever was? Competitve people of course, this is a competitive game. We'll never know who's the best but we can brag about who has the bigger number. I think there sh/c/ould be a seperate ranking amongst your friend list. Everyone being a winner is like getting a trophy for participating.

opinion on tiers:
I don't really care too much. I love playing as Roy in Melee (of course, can't you tell?), Ganondorf and Yosh were fun too even if I weren't any good with 'em. Playing who you want is a reason why they give some many people to chose from. Before/after Brawl launched I remember everyone around me who were interested in the game saying "tiers r 4 queers". Does it truly matter in a non-competitive gaming scene? I think not. Veterans though, they will argue this till they're blue in the face. Tiers now mean little to nothing. And tiers will change once the game has been studied. All there is are predictions. Character balancing and patches will probably be made this time around. So right now the point is nill.

It's not a fan favorite so much as favorite of taunt party-ers and people who get one KO and either run away 'til time runs out or camp the bottom half for all eternity. It is the worst stage ever for Wi-Fi. Remember the mentioning in our conversation regarding how common sense and good sportsmanship is non-existent when not playin' with only friends?

Ahh, fair point. IIRC Wii Fit Trainer didn't have two game appearances under his/her belt even during the character reveal. I s'pose my point was moot.
Ninty has plenty of 3rd-party M-rated games.

They do, for make no mistake, they most assuredly exist even in the non-competitive side'a things. There're viability tiers for non-competitive play where edge guarding is unrefined or simply less common, tiers for when items are in play, tiers for FFAs, tiers considering no stages are banned, etc. There're no actual lists though, since obviously the competitive scene isn't gonna waste time dissecting and measuring the casual scene.
It's why vBrawl FFA With Anyone players so commonly have an issue with Ike: in the With Anyone metagame, there'l always be at least one stupid, 'Karp-awful player that runs into a fully-charged F-smash and gives the Ike a free KO. Ike is literally bullshit-cheap in a lobby where stupid people are prevalent, and why most lighter characters are MUCH less viable. Not that the stupid people understand this, they don't know their own stupidity causes Ike to be "overpowered" (but not really).
... Point bein', competitive tiers don't matter to the casual scene, but casual tiers certainly do.
