X-Men Origins: Wolverine - 7.5/10

It's tough to score this movie low because it had some amazing moments, and its most redeeming factor is that it's largely a tragedy (similar to how 300 was great). But ultimately, it was...alright. The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 was better than this, honestly.

I was hoping for the action scenes to be more purposeful, less hollywood fluff, and the romance subplot to be more believable, but oh well. I think The Dark Knight has forever spoiled me when it comes to these movies.

I will say this, though: Wolverine's last villian fight was one of the coolest action fights I have seen in a long time. Soo worth the stupid-expensive 9-10 dollars.

Right, I was referring to the first.

Rise of the Fallen has a big act to follow. With SOO much action and transformers in its preview trailer, I honestly feel like it's too good to be true. I fear that the movie will try to cram too many transformers in it for its own good, leading to lost character development opportunities and lack of a digestible, focused pacing of the story. A problem that MANY sequels face.

I loved the first, though, so I hope it proves me wrong.

Yea thats what im thinking
Sequels usually try to hard to make it better they ruin story lines and cram it all in 2 one
But then again Rise Of The Fallen is about 2:30 min long (In my opinion the longer the movie the better a story is told)

UP 9.5/10
Very funny but its dumb how the fat kid survives pratically everything.
Seven Pounds 6.3/10
I read the plot on wiki andit seemed interesting but it wasnt.
The plot is confusing as th reason why will smiths character is so depressed is shown in th last 15 minutes!!!If it was shown at the beginning
everyone would no why he wants to donate to 7 people and why his life is ruined and......whoops i think i said too much

Just saw T4...I questioned it alot and thought that there was probably symbolism in there about humans and their hearts and whatnot. Critics didn't need to be so harsh, much worse camera shaking in other movies. And I didn't see that thing that happened coming;)

But...Skynet can't be all that smart, afterall, they did build their main HQ on a fault line:p...I think that line's gold.

Im sick of it arnt you.
I'm sick of it after watching it yesterday.

I like critics to be harsh. Most people's standards are fairly low, so I need someone to differentiate between films that are just popular and films that are actually good.

Ace Ventura Jr (Did not know that this film existed till I was scrolling threw a list of films)
Not a patch on the first two. But a ok film (theres 300 reference)

Errrrrr 3/5 - Not a classic but better than some films that are classed as "Family comedy"

I swear 80% of critics will looks down on movies that are filmed 1st person. I love them, Cloverfeild, soo good.
I cant wait for Transformers 2, its going be to epic.

Apocalypto 9/10
Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire 8/10
See No Evil 7/10
Four Brothers 8/10

I refuse to watch Gran Torino. Clint Eastwood's a cu** no matter who says differant.

So far my prediction of Transformers 2 is dead-on. Although IGN isn't very reputable for their movie reviews, the fact that they thought it had too much going on and thus damaged the ability to digest the story can't help but reinforce my thoughts.

And before anyone asks...no, it's not out yet.

I don't know why that would stop you, really. Actors put themselves into a new character within a fictious storyline. I'd say as long as they sell the part (i.e., can act) and the story is excellent, it shouldn't matter how the actor is in real life.

Either way, you just might be missing out on a very good movie.

I don't care. That stupid-ass rhaspy voice of his always flings me into a state of annoyance.
I could swear it was Cun* Eastwood in The Dark Knight behind the mask instead of Christian Bale. Ruined the movie, and my mood.

Also,
Me, Myself, and Irene
8/10
