Not gonna, kinda proud of this. And went on to win the match. My teammate had a bad case of riding in my backpack, but it was fun nonetheless.

Nice
I don't even know how to do it
Well only hypothetically

I like learning Fox tech, even if I'm not that great with him. I just find it really fun. I want to one day have a very solid Melee Fox. But Fox is hard.

Same
Wavedashing out of Shine is hard to learn but fun to use
Even though I suck as Fox, I like playing him just for that

I'm kindof a noob if it's about Project M, so what exactly was so special in that vid?
And how did you do it?

It's not limited to Project M, but it's in Melee as well. Fox's Shine (Reflector) is jump cancelable, allowing for things like Wave Shining (what Mr was referring to) and other things. What happens in that video is I go to hit Zero Suit with a Shine and she blocks it. I play with this guy a lot, and I knew he'd go for the shield grab, I did what is known as a Double Shine. Performing a Double Shine involves jumping out of Shine, but before Fox leaves the ground, using Shine again. It's a very quick movement and is fairly hard to do.

I see. That seems be be quite handy.
Then what is Wave Shining exactly?

A demonstration of that is at the 50 second mark of this video. Granted, he dropped it, you still get the idea. It's wave dashing, but doing a Shine in the middle of each Wave Dash.

Oh cool  I don't think wavedashing was possible in normal Brawl, right?
And if it was: I would have no idea how to do it. (I do certainly know how to side-special SD with Fox though, lol)

Oh I also like using Short Hop Double Lasers with Fox
It also works for Gamewatch in PM

In P:M, I SH Double Laser with Y and B. It's much harder in Melee lol. I have to tap up on the Analog stick if I want to there. Otherwise I hit the C Stick down by Accident and just Drill

Same here lol

I think I discovered something interesting in PM
You can air dodge with Wolf right after his laser comes out to the barrel
I managed to SH Laser Wavedash (Make sure you don't fast fall)
If the timing is perfect the laser doesn't make noise
I wonder if you can do this in succession

Can you help me test this out?
Also I wonder if someone else has already discovered it.

I was able to SH Laser then wavedash towards my opponate and grab him.

Yeah, you've been able to Wave Land out of Blaster for approaching. I've done that for a while. I like it a lot. I don't know about the silent part though.
