I think that's all they'll be adding. ... For now. Future releases can only nerf/buff some characters, add alternate costumes, and fill in the Forbidden 7.

Speaking of Beam Swapping, I wonder if it'll work when taunt-canceled? Certain people get very pissed when I taunt.

If someone gets very angry when ya taunt, they deserve t' rage. 'Specially if the taunt actually has application in a match and is an attack/has some sort'a effect, like Samus'.

KIRBY SO MUCH HYPE

Horizontal Final Cutter is the best thing ever. Combined with Dash attack's larger range, it seems Kirby can tech chase properly and not utterly fail t' cover tech away options.

Looks like Yoshi's Side B is jump cancel-able... and the lag for turning it around either is negated if you start in the air and immediately turn on landing, or just-plain removed. Which is great since the move is god-awful otherwise.

Nah. Beam Swapping won't work when taunt canceled. V:

If by Jump cancel-able, you mean you can jump out of Side B, then no. If you mean you can jump, side b, which cancels your vertical momentum, then that'd be more accurate to say.

Oh. Thought I spotted a jump cancel at this moment, as Side B seemed to end so swiftly... lookin' at the video slowed down I can see the move just has significantly less endlag.

... Right?

And if ya don't mind me askin', does Mewtwo's Side B grab through shields as any other command grabs will? I've little knowledge 'bout Melee (absolutely ****-all in regards to low tiers), so I wouldn't know if that's always been a thing.

YOSHI IS BACK!! And you can make Yoshi jump out of his shield and attack or something! Olimar's Pikmins has change! Their leaf, bud, and flower has different strength now. I wait to play all of them mostly Yoshi!

I wonder if the Beam Types actually change the charge shots.
Switching on the Spazer Beam for weaker yet broader lasers.
Or the Wave Beam for broader but less accurate lasers.
And Ice for a PK Freeze/8 Hammer like thing at full charge, and a PMPK Freeze for a not fully charaged shot.

I just saw it work when someone taunt-canceled as Samus. Are you absolutely sure?

EDIT: Interesting notion. Will Kirby be able to use Ivysaur and Lucas's Neutral B? And what would ZSS, Roy, and Mewtwo's hats look like?
EDIT 2: So Snake's new smoking taunt deals 1% damage to himself. Serves him right.
