I wonder if Tyrantrum will be a slow dino like Rampardos, or if it'll actually be fairly fast. Before BW came out, I thought Krookodile would be kinda slow, but I was dead wrong. I'm getting a similar vibe from this thing.

'Sides from it's Dragon-type, Tyrantrum is definitely gonna need t' distinguish itself from Rampardos... and I'm relatively confident Game Freak will do somethin' 'bout it. Whether it'l be not makin' it a complete glass cannon or makin' it faster than ol' Head Smash, it'l almost assuredly be better.

I'd use the "t-rexes have hard skulls" argument to support it having decent bulk, but Rampardos has a diamond hard skull too, and it has somewhat bad physical bulk. I have no idea what it'll be like, aside from being a hard hitting physical attacker.

Even if it's as slow as Rampardos, Dragon Dance will help, assuming it gets said move. btw rock polish rampardos is underrated

A T-rex ain't no slouch neither. If a sandy crocodile can have high speed, I would think Tyrantrum won't be too slow at worst. 'Less Trollfreak strikes again.

I'm pretty sure there's debate on the actual speed of the tyrannosaurus. I think crocodiles are fast when they actually bother to move, but I could be wrong. I do agree though.

I'll take a guess at its stats. We'll see how close I am when the game comes out.

I believe so. A T-rex obviously wouldn't be as nimble as the smaller bipedal dinosaurs that have a similar look, but regardless of how fast they are, there's no way Tyrantrum is gonna be slower than Golem.

Have Rollout and Ice Ball boost speed when they're used to help preform the attack.

Defense Curl + Rollout/Ice Ball (with free 1 stage speed boost) = possible viability.

Also, now that I made that stat prediction, I now wanna make more. Any recommendations for a starting Pokemon?

I don't recall hearin' that the genders will have separate stats. 'Cause'a that, it's pretty much impossible t' accurately discern what it's stats might be. One could probably assume speed 'n special stats will be at least decent, but otherwise I figured it'd be ridiculously hard to pinpoint it's base stats.

I'm just guessing, after all. I'm not expecting to be spot on. Meowstic is slightly more difficult to guess for than most of the Pokemon, I guess, but I think my guess might be decent.

Speaking of Meowstic, it ties with Delcatty for my favorite cat Pokemon. Ironically, they're the only obvious-cat Pokemon I like.
