ARs don't work with a 3DS, even if you're usin' a DS game. If you think you'll be able t' get hacked Pokes onto X and Y, think again. The only way t' get hacked Pokes into XY is transferring them via Poke Transporter. However, the Poke Transporter (as well as all online services for XY) have new means of detectin' cheated Pokes. Serebii reports that, during the latest tournament sign-up, these new anti-hack measures disqualified around 1,500 trainers for usin' hacked Pokemon... and all of these banned trainers had participated in the most recent tournament prior. That means all'a those trainers were usin' hacked Pokemon in the previous tournament and avoided the old anti-cheat stuff; but these new security checks for cheating caught 'em red handed this time.
You can be friends with Iwata for all I care, there's no way you're gettin' cheated-anything into XY.

no i mean tranfering from one pokemon game 3ds to other pokemon game 3ds, besides i dont care playing in tournaments since they never coming to ireland

I don't catch your meanin'. Regardless'a how many 3DS' or XY games ya have, you still won't manage t' get hacked into a 6th Generation game.

Depends what kind of hacked Pokemon we're talking about. I'm not an expert, but there's probably a way to get the codes right via hacking. Though I'm fairly sure that even then you won't be getting a Seaking with Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance and Huge Power into XY. *sadface*

Those 1500 players who used hacked Pokes in a previous tourney(s) knew what they were doin' to make Pokes register as legal, Nick. If that many players got kicked out, it's an obvious revelation that Game Freak really stepped up the anti-cheatin' stuff. It's gonna be a long time 'fore hacked Pokes find their way int' XY, even longer for new species, and longer still 'fore makin' fake legal Pokes t' fully bypass XY's hack checks becomes common knowledge amongst competitive battlers.

I really hope breeding mechanics are buffed even more t' make our lives easier. I'm probably gonna spend most'a my competitive time on a simulator, but I will be makin' at least one legit team for Singles. Wouldn't be right otherwise.

i dont intend to catch that many pokemon only the ones with 3 evolutions before they get their mega evolutions, eg. charmander eventually evolves into charizard and becomes mega charizard, eg bulbasaur eventually evolves into venussaur, mega venussaur,
