Finally got myself a copy of both Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. Am I late enough?

Beat Y is 24 hours and 22 minutes. That's got to be my fastest time ever, and I wasn't even rushing/trying.

I deleted my game on Y. Wanted to go through the story again. Current team is as follows:

Talonflame lvl 51
Lapras lvl 49
Lucario lvl 50


I hate Lucario so much... Ugh...

Also, random complaint...I feel like Quash really shouldn't be a TM. Not only is it a move that's only useful in doubles/triples, but it's only remotely useful if used on a fast Pokemon. Murkrow is hands down the best user due to Prankster, but it...learns Quash by level up. Besides that, there's Mew, Raikou, Entei, maybe Nidoking, maybe Suicune, maybe Kingdra, I guess Arceus, and...that's it.

Besides that, I have no issue with TM's aside from probably Incinerate. Because Incinerate is horribad. At least it's technically usable in singles and is learned by a lot of Pokemon...

Edit: Apparently Incinerate hits all adjacent opponents, so I take back what I said about it being "horribad". It's just bad. Not horribad, but still mostly bad.

Does anybody else agree that these models are way better than sprites ever were? I wasn't too pumped about them at first, but sprites seem soooo mediocre in comparison now. More mediocre than I would have thought.

This is true to an extent... anyway, I'm going to try to like this game a bit more so any tips on pokemon to look at for competitive?
