I've could one in SS. It's (forgot It's gender) lvl 40 or so, signal beam, discharge, something and water pulse I believe. Srry Mr.MR but pichu isn't being a big match.
Could Umbreon be the next POW? I do think it's a cool pokémon and I've always liked dark-type pokémon.

No, 'cause the constant flashing of red 'n blue gave kids seizures. Much more serious than "sick" in general lol.

... Oh, and as for "understanding" Porygon, it's a human-made Pokemon made through programming and somehow brought out of the virtual reality it was made in. Or somethin' like that.
