when you first turn into a wolf how do you get out of the cage?
Bash/destroy the object in front of the cage, then dig in the ground where the object was to get under the cage.

how do i get the secret in Faron, (with the owl statue)? I think there is a heart piece there. I move the statue into it's spot then it gives me the "you found something!" notes. What do I do next?

u gotta hit them in a Z pattern
That's correct. Look on the ground for the reversed pattern and lock on to each of them in the order indicated by the z pattern before releasing the boomerang.

Not sure about the "You've found something, but I do know that when you get the owl statue into the dip thing by the rock, you can turn into the wolf and use the jump function around it.

what does that do afterwards
I think if you keep jumping, it'll lead you to the back of one of the caves, where you'll recieve a heart piece (If I remember correctly).

holy crap ive spent like an hour on this one part.....its the last tear thing for the spirit and i cant find it all i see is those big guy spirits i think gorons or gorgons(i dont know the names of anythiny in zelda) so could someone please tell me wut to do

Ok, first, the bridge is either (depending on how far into the game you are) in Faron woods. If you use the warp point (where you were attacked by 2 or 3 shadow beasts), the bridge should be verticle against a wall. If you're talking about the other bridge, it's in the south of the Gerudo desert. You have to use the hookshot on the flying thing (you'll see what I mean) and get yourself up on top, and warp it out.

The magic armor is in Hyrule market. First you need to donate enough to Malo's shop in Kakariko. Then, when you've done that, you can go to Malo's new shop in Hyrule Market. In there, the Magic Armor sells at a very high price (so you'll need around 598 rupees - or something). The magic armor drains rupees at a high speed, so only use it in emergencies.

Hope that helps.
