Insomniacs assemble!!

Obviously, or they'd be dead. The fact that it's mimicking a suicidal act like a normal action is what's disturbing. Doubt there was any valid reason for that.

Actually there is, has t' do with the lore of them monster "Persona" things and such. Certainly has a slightly disturbing vibe despite the logic behind it, 'course.

Ya ain't alone on that sentiment, Mitch. I've only had a few quick reads on the lore 'n such myself.

The pokemon look like something my 3 year old niece thought up. Thats just my personal opinion. Nothing against anyone who likes it.
Eh, I don't get why people think that. Gen I is the most uncreative, imo.

Ironically I used to hate Gen V, but the Pokemon grew on me, which draws me to the conclusion that the *majority* of genwunners don't give new Pokemon enough of a chance.

I agree that the newer pokemon are more creative but I just can't get into it when I see a bag of trash or an ice cream cone attack me. gen 1 pokemon felt more natural (most of them anyways). The new ones just kill the experience for me. I'm not saying its bad. It's just not my cup of tea.

Oh, well that's more acceptable. I find Vanilluxe hilarious personally.

Bad experiences with the subject?

None, but if that game is touching on that subject, I'd advise you ignore it. Simply put, it's just common sense. I don't see it likely to be qualified to touch on that matter if it treats suicide as a boon.

Evokers have nothin' to do with suicide 'sides the fact it resembles suicide via firearm.

Thank the gods not all of 'em are so poorly designed. I would'a already quit Pokemon otherwise. Personally, I can deal with a Grimer or Vanillite here 'n there. Every species can't be a Magikarp or Lucario after all.

I've always been tryin' to think up a proper way t' describe the unique appeal of the first two Generations' species, and I'd say "natural" takes the carp.

I think it was a cool, original idea. I get where it could get kind of problematic for people with bad experiences regarding someone shooting them self, but I find it kind of ironic. In the same way people end their own lives, they actually save their own lives and many others' in the process.

I don't think Vanilluxe is poorly designed, it's supposed to be stupid an hilarious, and it is. Grimer is just bad.

I think Vanilluxeand Trubbish and Pokemon like that were honestly meant to be funny. People that make Pokemon games probably have a sense of humor too, I wouldnt be surprised if there were made up just because they are sort of silly.
