Agreed. The original 151 will always be the best, IMO. Gen 2 wasn't bad either. I just don't care for the current gen. I have tried to play B&W1 and 2 and just can't get into them. The pokemon look like something my 3 year old niece thought up. Thats just my personal opinion. Nothing against anyone who likes it.

I'm not gonna lie. I can't say it does not. I don't think it started this, but it definitely intensified it.

I don't know much about it, but that summoning monsters via shooting themselves in the head thing doesn't make me feel comfortable.

That's just Persona 3. And they don't shoot themselves. It's called an Evoker. Has no real bullets.
In Persona 4, they break cards.

Obviously, or they'd be dead. The fact that it's mimicking a suicidal act like a normal action is what's disturbing. Doubt there was any valid reason for that.
