Ok, but I'm gonna beat Alder anyway.

Challenge Update!

In Fortree city, I went to Steven, murdered the Keckleon, got the Scope thing-a-ma-jig, caught a Marill for a waterfall and dive slave, and got inside the gym. I beat a few trainers on the route too. I owned the whole gym (except for Skarmory) with my newly learned Ice Beam and my not so newly learned Rock Tomb. (I hate how Ice Beam has 10 PP) and won the badge. During the battle, Kiproy reached LV. 46 and learned Protect! Another permanent move! Nothing of note on route 120, so on to route 121! On the way, I realized I should catch a Duskull for a Flash slave, so I caught one. Yay! In Lilycove city, I beat up Brendan again, Ice Beam his Swellow, Ice Beam his Grovyle, Surf his Numel, and Mud Shot his Wailmer. Why don't they sell PP ups in the Dept. Store!?!?! I need them for Ice Beam! Oh well. I bought a few Calcium to boost Kiproy's Sp. Atk a little. I also sold a metric crap ton of my Items. On route 121, I found a SHINY ODDISH. This is literally my first shiny besides the Gyarados at the Lake of Rage. WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE DURING A SINGLE POKEMON CHALLENGE!?!?!?!? WHYYYYYY?!?!? I killed it with Marill, not knowing that once you use Rollout, you can't switch out or anything. ADHJASFHKJLAKSFJAKSJFH I'm so sad right now. I went to Mount Pyre, and stopped because I was too depressed. :cryin:

We have been grinding alot and are on our way to the top of the formerly dreaded sprout tower.

I feel intense pity for ya. I've never known the pain'a accidentally KOing a shiny I've been so lucky t' encounter (which I wholly credit to hording Master Balls), but I can certainly imagine the pain. In honor of your loss, I vow t' chain a shiny Oddish for ya; so long as I can keep a clone of it. :lol:

I'll regret this promise real fast, so I'mma need t' get it done ASAP.

It's OK, besides, recieving one just isn't the same as catching one. And even if I wanted one, I could just ask my cousin for one. He has ALL the shinys. (cheats, duh) I exaggerated my reactions to it anyway.

EDIT: Zach, can you give me another Pokemon for my scramble challenge? It doesn't look like anyone's coming anytime soon.

... I take it you ain't a serious collector then. Anyone who doesn't jump at the chance of a free shiny couldn't be, species they like or not lol. The value of a shiny is literally the value it has, the rarity, not the new colors 'n animation on entrance to a battle. Hacked ones have zero value as such (unsurprisingly).

I have an AR myself since it was a godsend for checking IVs back when I was a professional breeder, but ya don't see me hackin' left 'n right. I collect shinnies legitimately, and as such I've got a ridiculous list'a 104 legitimate shinnies. ... Not that I had any more than nine before an insanely generous friend'a mine became Wiichat's best chainer. :lol:

The team has 2 ice weaknesses and 2 fire weaknesses, so a water type and a fire type should balance it out.

If they know a thing or two about pokemon and there movesets and as long as you don't rig it, I don't see why not, considering it is still random.

If after a few days a Challenger gets impatient with lack of people givin' them Pokes for their Scramble(s), they're allowed t' choose whomever gives them a few Pokes so long as they're also challengers (even if they've given ya Pokes already). Which is t' say no, your cousins can't give ya scramble Pokes. Zach n' I could give ya one more each obviously. I'd be givin' ya whatever the RNG says, so long as it ain't cruel. :lol:
