Atleast it is for skarmory, ariel ace is the only useful (in my opinion)physical non egg move, flying type move skarmory can learn other than peck. (even though peck is not useful)

Well, it does learn Fly. That extra 30 (45 after STAB) base power makes it more useful than Aerial Ace, but not to the point that AA absolutely cannot be used on the moveset. AA has more PP, perfect accuracy and hits in one turn. It doesn't have notable advantages over Fly, but they're at least advantages.

Well I did say in my opinion, I don't like two part moves.
Scramble Challenge: Rule #1
What fully evolved Pokemon are useless? None, in my opinion, excent for Unown. Even Luvdisc is...useable, although it's not good. If somebody is too scared to use, say, a Luvdisc, then maybe they shouldn't be doing a scramble challenge in the first place. [noparse]

I think the wording needs to be changed. I think a lot of unevolved Pokemon work fine, especially with Eviolite. Dusclops, Rhydon, Golbat, etc are all much bulkier then their evolutions with it. Also, some other Pokemon like Scyther and Porygon 2 are better than their evolutions in certain ways.

I take it you're bringin' this up with my pseudo-ban on things like Shuckle. My response is, Pokemon with non-existent attacking stats are "useless". In my personal experience, usin' a Stall team in-game is more excruciatingly painful than a Monotype/Unevolved Bug Challenege whereas things like Scyther are banned. As you've seen, people have declined the usage of pseudo-ban too. It's why there isn't a big ol' list of "don't choose these"; so that almost-useless Pokemon that might fall on the list can still be used if a Challenger is brave enough t' want to. In other words, "useless" is left for the Challenger to define within reason.

Dusclops, Scyther etc. can all be used ya dumb.

This rule is so that no one can force Stall onto someone doin' the Moveset Challenge, nothin' more.
