I'm enjoying my Beldum training xD. How is take down the only move it knows until it evolves at level 20 lol. Also level 5 wild pokemon are not useful for training.

^ I've always wondered that myself... There probably is a logical reason for it, but it's beyond my common sense.

Also, if ya ever need eggs for a future challenge, PM or VM me. It ain't encouraged to babble 'bout things like this that don't belong in threads 'n such.

noon i give you slowking and ludicolo (thought u would like the grass dual type)

I'm not doing a challenge but so far in about a week of playing white i got the lightning badge so yay! as soon as i beat the elite four and the champ im restarting and will prob do a monotype fighting. my reasoning is my 2 best pokemon on my team right now are a Gurrdur named Derrp and a pignite name AngryBacon. :)

For some reason everytime I tried to come to this site yesterday it sent me to utvracing.com instead. So here's yesterdays update.
I trained forever on level 5 pokemon in the grass to get my pokemon up to Buggsys Scyther level which was 17.
I beat Buggsy and moved on past Goldenrod so I could catch A Drowzee, now I'm training for dat Miltank.
My team atm is.
Hypnotic the Drowzee at level 16
Sabs the Beldum at level 18. 2 more till I have the privilege of using another move with him.
Medi-sama the Meditite at level 20.
(and)Kazzy the Kadabra at level 21.

Site was down so that some technical stuff could be done. I myself ain't too sure why there was a redirect to that completely random forum, though.

Challenge Update

Made my way through Route 10 with ease; pummeled Cheren into submission without a problem on the way. Victory Road was just as simple to get through, if not bloody annoying. I'm definitely re-thinking the ban on Repels in no-item challenges... x_x I was particularly annoyed with the ruling when, just after healing, a Seismitoad I just barely couldn't OHKO decided to poison me with Poison Hand. Didn't want to take any risks, so back to the doctor two floors down... ;____; After that I made it through without any other resistance, though. Heal, (save and eat dinnner...) and onto the Elite Four!

Shauntal wasn't a problem, to say the least. Her entire team, besides Cofagrigus, was OHKO'd. It's Shadow Ball got a light tap on me, but otherwise I was unscathed. Grimsley was of equal difficulty; but only because I ended up sacrificing my Patrat to get rid of his Krookodile's Intimidate (risk staying in on a STAB Earthquake otherwise? lolno). His entire team was also OHKO'd, although I was worried his Scrafty would take a hit and counter with STAB Crunch, but I got away fine.

I was pretty damn sure I wouldn't OHKO all of Caitlin's Pokes, so I decided to take on Marshal first. This is where things get hairy... Throh just barely took the hit, a bloody pixel of health left, and countered with Bulldoze. After 2HKOing it, I didn't want to take the chance of gettin' outsped by Sawk, so I sacrified my Pidove to get a free switch in. I was staring at the move Quick Attack for a moment, lamenting how I'd be cheating to use it in a single challenge... blehhhh. Electivire took a weak Karate Chop takin' out Sawk, but since it wasn't a crit, Electivire was just barely out of the yellow HP mark. Mienshao was OHKO'd, and with all-due luck, Conkeldurr wasn't given a chance to live and was critical'd. It's hammer arm would of been a nasty hit if that wasn't the case...

Onto the last of the Elite Four, Caitlin. And what a surprise, Reuniclus barely survives and hits back hard for being so many levels under; Electivire is in the yellow good now. What's worse is that it got a Special Defense drop, so I had to sacrifice Pansear to keep Electivire in good shape. Sigilyph and Gothitelle were easy OHKOs, but just like Reuniclus, Musharna barely survives... -_- And even worse, it gets a ****in' crit. Electivire just barely pulls off the win with 21 HP to spare. Way too close for comfort. I'm glad I didn't skip any trainers once end-game was coming close... Those few extra levels kept me alive.

Onwards to catch Reshiram-- with my Masterball, yes, don't ***** about it. ¬_¬ Catching it without losing my entire team, including Electivire, would be next to impossible.

On to fight N. Zekrom is obviously the biggest threat; but luckily, I could still manage to 2HKO it. Laughably, it sets up a Light Screen on the one turn it gets. Apparently the game wants me to beat this challenge. His entire team, aside from Carracosta thanks to it's Sturdy, proceeds to be outsped and OHKO'd. Carracosta pointlessly attacked with Stone Edge, which wouldn't kill Electivire even if it got a crit, and it missed anyways. Semi-final boss beaten, without even a scratch. :p

So now, Ghetsis. God damn I hate his Cofagrigus... There was no way around it, so I exchanged an attack for being badly poisoned. However, a quick switch to Dewott makes his obvious Protect useless; and the incoming Toxic as I switch back to Electivire. I was hoping he would attack since the first one failed, and my derpy strategy worked; 2HKO'd it without letting Electivire gettin' stalled out, and therefore increasing the toxic damage.

Out comes Bouffalant whom is swiftly OHKO'd easily. Next is Seismitoad; the Pokemon I've been most fearfully waiting for the entire challenge. I made sure Electivire learned Giga Impact for this battle; since Electivire is level 70 at this point in time, Giga Impact delivers a swift OHKO. I had to sacrifice Dewott to protect Electivire (and reset the Toxic's multiplier counter), however. All I've got left is Electivire and Klink (forgot to restock my team before battling N, even after releasing the pokes that fainted... derp). Bisharp and Hydreigon came out and, surprisingly for the later, were OHKO'd. Elektross was the last of Ghetsis' team, but there was nothing it could do against me, and an easy 2HKO was in order. Electivire was at half health or so because of that damn Toxic, but Elektross' Flamethrower barely put me in the red.

COMPLETE FINALLY COMPLETE WEWT! I'll be resuming my Soul Silver challenge... eventually. Even with my careful planning, Electivire had a close call, so the same challenge with a damn Rhyhorn is gonna be even more dangerous. Or at least, Kanto will be. Gonna have to really think ahead if I don't feel like failing.

Another dropped challenge... sadface

Regardless, Challenge Accepted! I'll give ya Sudowoodo and Xatu.

I still remember on my first GSC playthrough (on Gold), I never did figure out where to find Natu and Xatu; mainly because I never battled a trainer that had a Natu... Was ecstatic to finally have one for my team when I played through my Silver immediately afterwards.

Er, nostalgia, I'll be resuming my Soul Silver challenge tonight.

rosekid i give you crawdaunt and golem as for my challenge i have been playing prototype 2 and minecraft so i havent been playing i really need to finish it though

Challenge Update

The day before yesterday, I decided I'd restart my challenge and breed a good Rhyhorn. Can't let a bad egg make me lose a Nuzlocke (hurrhurrterriblepun). And most importantly, Rhyhorn got his egg move Rock Slide, and also knows Earthquake 50 levels early.

Got all the way back to where I was previously yesterday (2 badges, beat my rival and his oh-so-dangerous Croconaw), and continued on through Ilex Forest. Didn't bother gettin' Headbutt since Stomp has 5 more PP, and PP is important in a single challenge.

Beat up some... Laughably weak trainers and their rats of which were not in the top percentage, including the ones in the underground passage. I ended up encountering an Abra on the way, which I obviously wasn't able to catch. Dx Proceeded to own the Goldenrod's gym trainers, healed, and took on crybaby Whitney. Clefairy gets OHKO'd by Earthquake, no shocker there. Miltank takes more than half health as well, but counters with... attract. ._. Let the hax begin...

For a good three turns, Rhyhorn was herpaderpin' in love. Then it got flinched by Stomp. Then it was immobilized for another two turns, then two flinches, then more ****in' turns lost to attract. -_-; First Bugsy's wimpy gym trainer is ****in' me over with raw luck, and now this bullshit. Rhyhorn finally gets a hit in after ten bloody turns or somethin', gettin' in the red the previous Stomp. Was about to sacrifice one of my pokes to get 'em out of that attract, but it wasn't necessary luckily. Plain Badge get!

Healed up after that hax nonsense, and saved.

as for my challenge i have been playing minecraft

You might never finish your challenge, then.

Rosekid I will give you Houndoom and Heracross.
