Pokemon Soul Silver Monotype Ice Challenge, Update #1
I started my adventure with Totodile and traded it for an egg as soon as I catched a Pidgey. The egg was a Seel with Surf breed on it. I raised it level on 3 and then made my way to the first gym. On the way I had a hard battle with Joey's Rattata, but I managed to win it. At the Bellsprout Tower I actually had a view problems and almost lost on the top floor, because the lvl6 Bellsprout had 2 criticals(karma from my last challenge :/) After I went back to heal I defeated the last moch and the elder and left with a lvl 12 Seel. Falkner was pretty easy. I took out his first pokemon with Surf and used an Icy Wind + a Surf to defeat his Pidgeoto. The following section was easy and I wish I didn't forget to defeat the Fisherman, because I lost a lot of training for that. Team Rocket was easy as usual. I decided to defeat the rival first, because Scyther will be the bigger challenge. Luckily his Bayleaf just lowered my stats, so I didn't have to deal with Razorleaf. Scyther was really hard because Seel only was on lvl 20, so I had to use 2 Superpotions before I won. I used Icy Wind twice so I can outspeed it and then attacked with Surf. I also decided to change the challenge a bit to be like a Nuzlocke. I will release my Pokemon when they faint, but I won't just catch the first Pokemon on each Route.

Seel lvl20 (Rash) with Thick Fat
-Headbutt
-Iceshard
-Surf
-Icywind

Pokemon Soul Silver Monotype Ice Challenge, Update #2
I made my way to Whitney but fought a few trainers on the next route for a bit of training. When I challenged Whitney I set up an Aqua Ring and then continued to spam Surf. Even though it used Attract, Seel only missed once so I managed to win with the HP in the red area. I collected all the items that might get useful and then continued the story. I was scared of my Rival because of Magnemite and Bayleaf, but I took them out with one Blizzard and one Surf. I then thought about challenging the fourth gym, but decided to postpone it until I have Dewgong or another Pokemon (stupid Curse and Gengar...), so I made my waynto the Lake of Rage and back to get my Seel on lvl 34 and teached the Dewgong I got for that Sheer Cold instead of Blizzard just for fun :D I then challenged the gym and set up an Aqua Ring before I knocked Ghastly out with a Surf. I used Sheer Cold on Gengar(probably not needed lol) and the second one actually hit :) (It's always fun when these attacks hit :D).

Dewgon lvl 34 (Rash) with Thick Skin
-Headbutt
-Aqua Ring
-Surf
-Sheer Cold (would replace it with Ice Beam, but it would take too long with this arcade -.- 'll just have to wait)

It's a top percentage Rattata :D
Of course it is! It is Joey's Rattata after all...

Rattata:
Cute
Cuddly
Epic
Powerful
Gangster
Badass
100% AWESOME
And over 9000 other things about this rat. It's also one of my favourite Pokemon :D, unlike one of them............ Most Wiichat members will know what I'm talking about. Gyarados often tends to be one of my favourite Water Types as well :).

Two things my friend. Firstly, use a damn spoiler when your post is so large.

Secondly, I'm not about t' give someone a Hall of Fame spot if they complete their Challenge with one update. ._. We've already been over this, albeit slightly different circumstances.

Magikarp is better though

It's such a shame Koshi can't see how imbecilic his opinions are on this matter. Typical plebeian ignorance is the worst, I tell ya... that, and his anti-'Karp jokes aren't even funny. Try harder man.

I just defeated my friend (he's new to Pokemon) with a Magikarp :D Kyogre -> switch to a Pokemon with Bellydrum and Batton Pass (to lazy to look up the english name) and then the Magikarp with Focus Sash destroyed his whole team with Flail :D Waited so long to test that.

And I'm not in the Hall of Fame for my Monotype/Scrambled/Moveset challenge :(

Er... ****, you're right. Sorry 'bout that. Flyin' Monotype on SS, yeah?

I'll slow it down. I'll probably do a side-quest or two every few days....

Sure, I'll use a Spoiler. :D

... Anti-'Karp jokes? I dare you to make a better joke! :)

ARCEUS FTW!!!!!!!!! Base 720 in EACH STAT!!!!!

Pokemon Soul Silver Monotype Ice Challenge, Update #3
The first thing I did was getting me a Lapras because fighting with 1 Pokemon isn't very good in Nuzlocke typed challenge. I trained trained Lapras on my way to Olvine city and in the lighthouse. I cought a Shelder and gave it the exp. share. In Cianwood City I challenged the Gym Leader. I took out the Primeape with two Surfs and used Perish Song on Poliwrath and stalled by taking a hit and then switching to Dewgong. It barely survived one Focus Punch and I healed it in the round before Poliwrath fainted by the Perish Song. From the I went back to Olvine City to quickly challenge the Steel Gym and it was relativly easy to win with just Surf (my team is so overlevelt). I bought Thunder for Lapras and then wiped out Team Rocket at their base. The Ice Gym was no problem either, because I just used 2 Thunders by Lapras on Seal and 2 Surf for Piloswine. For his Dewgong I used Perish Song again, because I didn't want to bother with its Rest. It feels like Ice type is a little bit too easy, since it should eliminate my biggest problems in my previous challenges, but we'll see how I will do against Bruno.

Pokemon:

Dewgon lvl38 (Rash) with Thick Fat
-Headbutt
-Aqua Ring
-Surf
-Sheer Cold

Lapras lvl34 (Quirky) with Shell Armor
-Perish Song
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Thunder

Shellder lvl27 (Adamant) with Shell Armor
-Supersonic
-Icicle Speer
-Protect
-Leer

Pokemon Soul Silver Monotype Ice Challenge, Update #4
I continued to Goldenrod City to chase away Team Rocket, but first I had to think of a way to defeat the Rival's Meganium(should have given him Typhlosion or Feraligatr -.-). I almost started the battle without thinking of a safe way and just hope for luck, but I remembered that I still should have some Berries from Mother to weaken Grass attacks. I started with Dewgong, because I wanted Lapras with Icebeam at full health. I had some bad luck and Dewgong was half dead because of confusion and flinch. I sent in Lapras for Meganium which luckyly used Reflect first. I survived the first Petal Dance thanks to the berry and took it out with 2 Icebeams. I defeated the rest of his Pokemon with Dewgong and one Surf for each Pokemon (I'm seriously overlevelt when it's not worst case). I decided to skip every trainer possible to make it a bit harder. Team Rocket was easy since I had a type advantage or at least no disadvantage.

Pokemon

Dewgon lvl38 (Rash) with Thick Fat
-Headbutt
-Aqua Ring
-Surf
-Sheer Cold

Lapras lvl36 (Quirky) with Shell Armor
-Perish Song
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Thunder

Shellder lvl31 (Adamant) with Shell Armor
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Speer
-Protect
-Leer
