I'm not sure about Kirby, but I would imagine he's still got it. He only left HAL so unless HAL owns Kirby, he's still got it =]

EDIT: I'm up to Omega Ridley in Corruption, and he has some nice ground moves that could be added to his moveset if he were to be added to Brawl (which he obviously should be)
