the things you may get for 'free' using torrents doesnt mean they are legal. infact most of the stuff you get using torrents is probably copyrighted material, that is being shared illegally.

so only if the thing you are downloading isnt copyrighted, then it would be legal.. (so you can get legal stuff via torrents, but im saying most of it isnt)
