pokemon you hate

Dunsparce, Misdreavus, The Nido clan, Blissey.... Especially Blissey because everyone uses one as a wall which is understandable but its annoying as heck. It's got too much health and special defense....
 
Yea thats true. Arceus is kinda better because it can change it's type. and the moves it was given at the Arceus event are pretty good compared to Mewtwo's. Actually both are equal. they can learn any move
 
Arceus is just a bit better than Mewtwo. Although I agree. If Arceus is the god of Pokemon, who can be Pokemon 494?

I'll forget the day my lv.54 Nidoking took down a lv.59 Rhyhorn with one Earthquake...

Mewtwo's a clone, not a god. :p I see what you're getting at, but hey, pokemon wouldn't evolve (as a whole) if one poke always remained the strongest. ... Not to mention Arceus isn't the "strongest" pokemon in the game at any aspect, be it movepool, or stats.

Changing it's type is only half of it; Arceus' bulky stats, as well as passable offenses (for uber standards), backed by an epic movepool all come together to make him so powerful. [/arceus fanboy]

The moves Arceus got at the event were terrible... Except Spacial Rend. Judgement has more PP, though, and most Arceus that would want a critical hit ratio boost are physical sweepers. Shadow Force is just blah. The charge turn is what kills the move; people can switch in something that takes pathetic to no damage against it (Blissey; it's invulnerable to Ghost attacks), and take up time to set up attacks, such as Toxic/T-Wave Arceus, or begin setting up a sweep (Nasty Plot Darkrai, Rock Polish Groudon, etc.)

And Roar of Time is in general, a terrible move; taken into damage calculations, Judgement always has 150 BP. Roar of Time also has 150. In two moves, you're basically doing double damage than Roar of Time, and since you can only use RoT once every two turns, it's a waste of a move. People can switch in a counter on the recharge turn, which can secure a clean sweep in the fast paced battles of ubers; it's even more risky than Shadow Force, since if Roar of Time KO's a poke, they don't need to waste a turn switching in a counter. That gives a Rayquaza two turns to Dragon Dance, or a Groudon to Rock Polish, then SD. Game, basically.

... Oh, and neither of them can learn any move. Mewtwo can't learn quite a few moves, and Arceus lacks a few such as the elemental punches (even though he doesn't need them). To be technical, even Mew can't learn every move; he can't learn anything not a TM/HM, or anything not learned as a tutor, event move, or leveled up. Smeargle's the only one who can pull that off.


I still hate Gible. ... Intensely.

Take off Psychic on the CM set for Taunt or Substitute, and you'll definatly have better results in ubers.

... I really don't see the Bulk Up set working really well, but take off fighting (it's coverage is redundant when paired with Ground; even moreso in ubers) and Psycho Cut for something like Ice Punch and Selfdestruct. +1 Selfdestruct, even from Mewtwo, is a dangerous attack. Imagine if he got explosion...

Who else hates Bidoof/Bibarel? Their retarded expression makes me lose brain cells.

I offically hate Dialga. For some unknown reason he can't seem to harm anyone a great deal. I've checked his stats & he's very good at SPATK. Even when a move I use is super effective it hardly does damage.(I don't relly hate Dialga, i'm just mad at him.)
My Palkia can seemingly kill anything even with a not very effective hit.(Fav Dragon & Second Fav Ledgendary.)

Hmm, why neglect STAB? Mewtwo can get powerful Neutral hits with STAB boosting. The Bulk Up set is actually one I'm now using on my Platinum. After Bulk-up, Selfdestruct would have like BASE 300 Power, which is super-powerful. The problem is, I can't see Selfdestruct anywhere in his movepool (both 3rd gen and 4th gen) and neither can I see Explosion. Ice Punch sounds AWESOME though. So far I've only found two occasions for using Brick Break, and those when I was battling a wild Cacturne and when I was battling a Honchkrow, and both would've have taken the same and more damage from Ice Punch, repectively. Plus I don't leave my Neutral hit on Skarmory, and get more useful type coverage.

The Calm Mind Mewtwo is from a Uber team I thought up of a while ago, which also contained a Deoxys (Speed Form) knowing these moves:
-Swords Dance
-Zen Headbutt
-Earthquake
-Extremespeed

Until I learned Deoxys couldn't learn Swords Dance or EQ :lol:

Deoxys is better than Mewtwo and he's my favorite legend. Thats a good move pool for Mewtwo but to me Mewtwo is a clone. He did deserve to be in Super Smash Bros Melee but.... I guess Lucario is the new Mewtwo
 
you mean Brawl. he was in Melee.

on the topic of Deoxsys though, i friggin hate Defense mode. its supposed to be the 'ultimate defenseive pokenon' yet i can list 3 other pokes off the top of my head that have better defenses.
