The Caterpie was baton passed +6 speed and attack. Bug Bite has 180 power if super effective too, so it's amazingly possible; but at the same time impossible if the opponent isn't a complete fail-n00b.

Wobbuffet is actually a very able competitive battling poke. In fact, it's quite scary since you can only counter it by switching; which Shadow Tag prevents. With massive HP and predicting an enemy's move, it can OHKO back in one shot, then switch out safely. You can also repeat the process by using Wish, restoring it's HP, and switching it back in again. Cheap, right?

Wobbuffet is banned from standard play for a reason.

NO! Feebas is the epitome of epicness. It learns all sort of useful moves, even before evolving; unlike Magikarp; Magikarp only gets one. ... Even though Splash IS the best move in the world, when done by Magikarp.
