Is there a way to have team Doubles? I know it sounds kinda dumb, but I've always been a fan of being on the same team as someone else. Makes the experience that much better. For example, I enjoy tag dueling in YuGiOh far more than just Singles.

A damn shame tag dueling wasn't an official format back in my day...

Tag Doubles has always been possible since RS, but only for local play for some reason. No information as t' whether or not Tag Doubles can be done over Wi-Fi in XY.

Tag Dueling still isn't "official", unfortunately. But YGOpro and DevPro have picked up on it. And it's fun.

No, it is official. There's a Konami-made ruleset for Tag duels... just hasn't caught on competitively yet, for whatever stupid reason. I reckon it's the same reason why Doubles in competitive 'mons has been rejected for the longest time: tourneyplayers bein' set in their ways and not wantin' to try new formats, be it outta stubbornness, laziness, or fear of bein' a scrub again.

I was too lazy to research it. It's still cool.

If it is fake, I'm kind of surprised that it didn't get way more dislikes. Maybe a ratio of 1:4 or something, instead of 1:9, which it is now.
