Well, I bred it from a Shuppet I caught in the Friend Safari, but Banette itself can be caught in Pokemon Village, which is right before the 8th badge. If you want I could give you one of the ones I bred, some of them even have their hidden ability (Cursed Body), which is somewhat useful, I suppose. Granted, Frisk is nice for ripping items off of wild Pokemon, especially since Banette learns the (newly buffed) Thief.

Edit: Seems that I still have that other Banette I caught earlier (not that I would have gotten rid of it). It's a Bashful female with Frisk, and is lv. 46. You want it? [strike]It's yours, my friend, as long as you have enough Rupees.[/strike]

Alternatively, I also have a Brave female Shuppet with Cursed Body at lv. 34. Your pick if you want one, I have no particular need for either of them.

I don't have a Dusk Stone on hand, but even when I do get one, I'd like a Dusk Stone for the Aegislash I'm going to use in X.
