So I can only get Dailgia, azelf, uxiem mesprite and girantina by myself?

Here:

Manaphy - neeed pokemon ranger or on 20th in toys-r-us

Phione - I can get you it, breed manaphy

riolu - you can get once you get to canalave city

lucario - evolve riolu

mesprit - go to one of the lakes, surf to the middle, enter, talk to it, it runs away, use a poketch tracking map to look at it, then go to the place(DO NOT FLY, I SUGGEST GOING TO SOLACEAN TOWN AND KEEP GOING UP AND DOWN), oh and on the first turn it runs away, and if you hit it, the next time you encounter it it has the same HP.

uxie - encounter it in one of the lakes caves like mesprit, but it doesn't run away

azelf - encounter it in one of the lakes caves like mesprit, but it doesn't run away

heatran - go to stark mountain, go through the cave, than go back to survival area, talk to the guy that you were with in one of the houses, go back through the cave by yourself, battle it, I suggest you bring like 25 dusk balls or so. Same with every other legend, it takes like about 20 balls to catch. Maybe more.

giratina - go to veilstone city, go south, then there is a pathway on the east somewhere, so stay by the east trees, enter the cave, and than keep taking random pathways, and then once you will encounter it. You gotta find your way out too, it's also hard.

cresselia - take the canalave boat to an sland, go through everything(nothing there at all, not hard at all), then you encounter it, it runs away, and then same thing with cresselia, it leaves something there though. Take it, go back, then go to the house of the sailor, oh and i forgot to mention, you gotta go to the house of the sailor first, and talk to the people inside before you can go there, and then go talk to them again after you got the item, and use the tracking map again and same with mesprit.

arceus, darkrai, and shaymin jus go get in a trade. arceus and shaymin are for sure hacked though if you get it in a trade.

regigigas - bring all the regi's in your party, go through snowpoint temples puzzles.

And yes you need to trade to get the others, I will happily trade them to you, except regigigas. I only have one of them.

No, you only need the full sinnoh dex, and you only need to see them, not catch them. OH and if you want spiritomb and rotom you will need to talk to this karate guy west oh hearthome. He will give you a key, now go to route 209, and by the river(EAST) there is this thingy, press A, and yeah. Then go underground and capture your friends flag 31 times. Then go to the stump place again and you will encounter it. To get rotom go to the mansion in eterna forest and change your DS clock to 22:00. Then go to one of the rooms with a TV that is turned on. press A on it, then you will encounter rotom.

Yes. But the elite four champ has spiritomb, which is hard. But rotom is easy. Just change DS time. National dex has ALL pokemon EVER MADE in it.

The Sinnoh dex is the 150ish Pokémon you can encounter in game.
You get the national dex by completing the Sinnoh dex, (just have to meet the pokes, not catch) and then go see Prof. Oak. The National dex has 493 Pokémon. The Sinnoh dex can be completed easily as long as you fight all the trainers/Elite Four (most of the trainers actually) and after you beat the Elite four, you get Dialga's data (or Palkia's data if you bought Diamond) from Cynthia's grandmother in the northern house in Celestic town.
