Well if you didn't, cynthia will come and tell you about seceret poketion, tha nyou go back to hearthome and go to pastoria by heading south, cynthia will give you secret potino than you go back to solacean town and the ducks will clear away, then once you get to the intersection between veilstone and celestic go right and go to veilstone. That's where the next gym is. The last gym is at sunyshore.
