It sure does. If you have pokerus and the power anklet then 1 magikarp will give you +10.

Are there any good atk ev trainers like him?

I go to the place where the luxio trainer is, as there is also a gyrados trainer there too, and the both give +2 Attack.

Yes you do, you ge the same EV points if you switch out if the pokemon battled it, with things like pokerus and power items taken into account

I made a decent Tauros.
Adamant nature/Proud of it's power/Intimidate
Atk/Speed 252 evs HP 6 evs
It's atk maxs out at 324 and speed is 300 even.
Cool, but it has a very small physical move pool and learns NO egg moves.
I'm thinking hes only good as a speedy powerguy.

Zen Headbutt
Rock Slide
Giga Impact

Holding King's Rock

With R.Slide/ZenHeadbutt combined with kings rock and his 300 speed, he's a flinchfighter, but I still think that's not all to it?

Sorry to burtsyour bubble, but kings rock doesnt effect move that actually cause flinching, it will make a move like giga impact cause the opponent to finch.

Well from what I can see you have 27 IVs in attack and 12 IVs in Speed which is kinda poor.

But I sugget you re breed to get a Jolly nature and stick a Choice Band on it to give it the boost in attack.

EVs: 6 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPD

-Stone Edge/Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Return
-Zen Headbutt/Pursuit

Basically the only moves you can have on a Tauros, but its better if you have it with a CB and you are able to maximize speed without greatly hingering your attack because of the boost you do get
