im not sure where the best place is to get the chansey and lucky eggs, but you should teach to a generally fast pokemon that can learn it. obviously a lvl 1 pokemon would be useless. i recommend a sneasel/weavile.

or you can have a linoone with covet, to pick up the chanceys lucky egg...
the best place to get chanceys are in the patch of grass right when you head out of (down) solaceon town, then you will see a tower... head torwards it, and then run around the patch of grass infront of it...

if you want a sweep then you want either modest or timid gengar and go with 252 sp atk, 252 spd 6 hp, but if you want an annoyer go with timid nature 252 spd, 126 def and 126 sp def. 6 hp

i beg to differ, if u want to sweep y use substitute? hyponsis is a better choice.
Im sure uve face d my gengar a know how much it annoyed you as it too out ur team, but u want it Timid as 252 SPD/ 252 SPA/ 6 HP
