It's events held by Nintendo at various places. Such as going to some place in Houston Texas for a particular day or visiting the Pokemon Center in New York, etc.

its long and confusing. I caught a tyrogue raised it to a hitmonchan, made sure it's defense was higher than its attack. raised it to level 31, it learned ice punch. bred it with a female buneary. waited till the baby was a boy then bred that with a female sneasel. voila!

let me sum it up, so i need a male pokemon with ice punch to breed with a female buneary, then hatch the eggs until i get a boy, then i breed that boy with a female sneasel, then voila...correct?
