But anyways looking at it, Togetic learns Wish via level up so...

Male Togetic + Female Pikachu = Pikachu w/ Wish.
Male Pikachu w/ Wish + Female Eevee = Eevee w/ Wish I think.

hey u can get earthquake w/ a lv100 poke w/ pickup ability very rare though
