it doesn't matter what lvl you get legendary pokemon as they are legendary. The lvl at which you get them doesn't determine their 'legendary' status, it just the lvls game freak game them for you to be able to catch them.

also if i kill a geodude w/ atk power item w/ pokerus and i already maxed out defense so wouldnt i just get 8 ivs in atk (4)*2

actually u get a manaphy egg from poke ranger= manaphy came in egg

I count Rotom as a legendary

so do, at lv 100, it can kill a lv. 100 deoxys in attack mode, in one hit. And the type combo is pretty good. Also, is there an easier way to get BP, cause normally i get three per full entry.

I count Rotom as a legend to a certain extent as you can only catch one in the game.

Manaphy is a legend, and a badass one at that with it's Hydration.
Don't know if I would consider Phione as a legend, it's much weaker then Manaphy [But you could say the same of Rotom] but meh.

@toad: Take off Accupressure and go with Sword Dance for a buffer.

Save before battling it, then keep trying. Eventually it'll end up shiny after a couple of hundreds of soft resets :smilewinkgrin:

Thats either luck or someone hacked it as you can only get it through events I believe.
