They do the same amount.
Normaly critical hits are a 8%
Razor Claw / Scope lens are 16%
You can have two critical modifers total (such as focus energy, attacks with a high crit [night slash], items, and abilities) giving a total ability of 32% to crit.

My question is, what games can Diamond and Pearl trade with, like can you trade with any other pokemon games? just curious?

You get access to the "Pal Park" after you get the National Dex (You've seen every pokemon ) Than you can put one of the GBA games in your DS and put your pokemon from those games onto your diamond or pearl game. I haven't played Battle Revolution, but I'm sure you can trade with that game as well.

Generation 3 games (leaf/fire/Ruby/sapphire/emerald) can send all pokes to the pal park (one way trip).

Generation 4 can trade with generation 4 (diamond/pear) freely as much as they want.

Pokemon Battle Revolution, does not have trading in the game, instead it takes a "snapshot" of the pokemon that are on the 4th gen game that you upload. It also allows for one way sending of items and pokemon that are unlocked in PBR

- Blastoise with Wave Incense (not EV trained ) : Surf ; Waterpulse ; Ice Beam ; Earthquake (Eq as a counter for electric pkmn and ice beam for leaf)
- Dragonite with Sky Plate (not EV trained ) : Fly ; Aerial Ace ; Dragon Claw ; Outrage (Dragonite has an atk of 357)
- Blissey with Leftovers (EV trained ) : Softboiled ; Calm Mind ; Ice Beam ; Thunderbolt
- Azelf with Odd Incense (Almost EV clean) : Extrasensory ; Future Sight ; Psychic ; Nasty Plot

Last, I hesitate. I had in mind of taking Gengar (Hypnosis ; Dream Eater ; Mean Look) but it's more of a wild pkmn catcher. So if you have a suggestion, but I don't want any other legend than Azelf and of course, that includes Uber (which I very dislike)

Blissey NEEDS Seismic Toss
Azelf is useless against any dark type. No same-move types. I suggest Nasty Plot and any combination of these moves, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Flamethrower.
Dragonite-Outrage, Thunderpunch, EQ, Dragon Dance/Ariel Ace
Blastoise-If you want an attacker, stick with all special moves. Dont use both (unless atk/sp.atk. are the same.)

My Ampharos and Ursaring could sweep you're whole team with those movesets.
