Hardly! In fact, the Earthbound series has an even more fanatical following than most other games.

And here's hoping for Wiimote/nunchuk-enabled "Punch Out!" games.

A few of you said Goldeneye. Sorry guys but Goldeneye will not be coming to the Virtual Console on the Wii. Neither will Perfect Dark. These are both made by the company Rare and Rare has now signed to microsoft. It completely sucks because I was so looking forward to both of them. Ah well.
