Luigi green shell for a Wii Remote. Does such a thing exist unofficially?

Hello everyone. :)

Does anyone know where I could purchase a Luigi like green shell for a Wii Remote that won't cost an arm and a leg?

I've looked at eBay, Gumtree, every mayor gaming distribution site that I know is legit. I can't find anything remotely close to it using Google Search or Google images. I have had no luck at finding anything like it so I signed up to this website to ask the Wii experts.

I have no idea why such a thing seemingly does not exist not even as a cheap hong kong knock off (which I would of been happy with.) Surely Nintendo would have considered it along the line. I have 3 white wii remotes and one Mario red, so If I cant find anything I will resort to spray painting one of the white ones Luigi green.

I just want to give my Wii a bit more personality to go with my Mad Catz Sonic the Hedgehog dock charger and a little Mario Kart figurine sitting on top of my Wii haha :)

Thank you in advance for your help and advice. :mushroomlife:

honestly ive never heard of anything like that. to my knowledge there are like hardly any special wii motes u can get besides the gold skyward sword remote, besides that, i think ur S.O.L on that dream buddy

Ninty wasn't very big on alternate colored Wii remotes, except for special releases like your Mario Wiimote and the golden Zelda Wiimote as Waste mentioned. Unless you'd be satisfied with a casing, you probably will have to paint a Wiimote yourself. Sorry to say. =(

If I cant find anything I will resort to spray painting one of the white ones Luigi green.

Make sure ya tape over the buttons, speaker, sensor, and the nunchuck/motion plus port if you do end up having to spray paint one.

waste, Nintendo at one stage had plans to make Green Wii remote / console as you can see below but unfortunately for me opted for blue instead. :(

SSBfreakCK, I have the special screw driver required to take the shell apart. Vinyl Dye paint would be the best option for it with what I have been reading as it changes the pigment in the first layer of plastic.

I have since contacted GamingModz, maybe they will offer a cheaper price for this custom shell since my request is for a single colour only. Also that way I can have the buttons painted too, for a more professional look.

Thanks for the replys. :)
