is ps3 really that bad?

They're lowering the price. Have you seen the Ratchet and Clank Future commercials? PS3's (not the 80gig) are $399 now. I love it.
I think a lot of people complain about the price untill they have one.

yeah but it doesnt even have backwards compatability....i mean theres not many good ps3 games out there so i would have to play some ps2 games but if i get the 399 one i cant play my old games which is dumb

IMO I'd get a PS3...I play it at the store all the time and it never ceases to amaze me...all the games for it are pretty cool...Resistence Fall of Man...This one I played as a girl and she just likes to kick ass....haha...and alot of others...I'd say get it.

I'm actually buying a PS3 next week, considering they have lowered the price. Backward compatibility is no problem with me, because I have a PS2. People who say the PS3 sucks is most likely a fan boy of either the xbox or wii...

And if people take advantage of sales/coupons, they can save a lot of $ x.x..I have a 25% off coupon waiting in my pocket right now.

NO, the PS3 does not suck -_-.
