There is a hackless version, an HBC version, and a Riivolution version. All you need is the Brawl disc (if you can find it), your Wii and a 2 GB SD card.

You can download it here. Remember to extract the folder and put the files on the root of your SD card.
If you're using the hackless just go to Stage Builder and it'll load itself.

I have only got Project M to work on an old version of Dolphin
I am not sure how to get that old version and I have tried

Anyway you need a homebrew Wad file (for the channel)
Set up Brawl as your default ISO
Then go to your dolphin folder and go to User/Wii and there should be a Raw file called "sd"
You need something like WinImage to inject files. You need to inject the Homebrew Project M files into sd.raw and then you boot up the homebrew channel from Dolphin.

I am not sure how to play with peoples wiis from a computer but I know it can be done.

I also wonder if we can play the full version of Project M using NetPlay

If it does not work with my method. I got this one to work for the newest version of Dolphin.

Turns out that Monado pic with the smash guy was from Press Start 2013. There was another one of these over a year ago or so. No one recorded that last one. Not sure about this either.
