It's a Super Smash Bros. Brawl mod. Very fun. Can't be arsed to explain more because I only came back to this thread for one reason.
I have officially been on WiiChat for one year! I think I joined some time after 9:30 PM, but I probably won't be here then. Oh well, I got the day right.

2,000 posts in one year... Impressive. A bit short of my 3,000, but still impressive.
As Trago's half-assed explanation addressed, it's a Brawl mod in a similar vein to Brawl+ or Balanced Brawl, if ya've heard'a those. It overhauls game mechanics t' tackle the issues many competitive and casual players alike take with the game. Some of said fixed issues worth mentionin' would be: the slow, camping-geared metagame, the almost-complete lack of combos outside'a oh-so bullshit chain grabs, the severe lack of character balance (an issue seen since Smash 64... which has only gotten worse with each installment), and the almighty Falconator havin' a bottom-tier stunt double playable in his place.
Not only that, but Brawl characters have seen complete make-overs for their movesets. Some'a the newer cast are essentially whole new characters. P:M is everythin' we wanted Brawl t' be, and then some... and it's fresh. Rejuvenating even, as P:M rekindled my dyin' passion for Smash single-handed.
... This would be where I'd link ya t' the official site, but it's currently down. As ya might've read a few posts back, DDoS attacks are hammering large Smash websites as'a late.
