I could "quit" coffee cold turkey, 'cause I sure as **** ain't dependent on it. I could go a few years without it and be fine. My taste buds would likely try t' commit suicide though...

Caffeine ain't addictive 'less ya ingest it regularly; and more importantly, only if ya consume it for that boost. Drinkin' coffee every day in the middle'a the day shouldn't at all yield caffeine addiction as a result.
