When did we discuss about invasions and wars? Never. We're talking about gun crimes and it seems like you completely missed what I said. You can run from someone with a Knife, you can't exactly run away from someone with a gun. It's extremely easy to create fake ID so I wouldn't be surprised if people were creating fake gun ID's and buying weapons to commit crimes with them. That and there's always Black market dealers.

Who listens to the media anyway? You never hear how they attain the gun or anything so there's no real reason to believe it. If they did it would probably be they actually own a license and went mental, stole a gun, had a fake ID and bought a gun or bought one from the Black Market.
