Probably won't ever happen. While there were legal issues with Goldeneye, Perfect Dark is an original IP of Rare and so Microsoft has every right to make it exclusive to their system. I wish that weren't the case though as I'd like Wii owners to experience it too on their system.
...Though I'm sure Nintendo wouldn't want anything changed to the original PD64 on their system too.
