Right, it is fair to assume CantGetAWii will be made moderator...again we have a staff team all from the NA region (Canada included) Surely we need more EU/AU staff other than i0n.

At least revoke power from and replace;

Jill had power removed and so did Mr.Stouphk(sp...), we lost two super moderators and we were given one.

Now we should replace all the inactive staff and appoint a rough 5 or 6 moderators with power spread out over the boards. I mean the current Super Moderators barely touch the ds, gamecube, gfx, entertainment, anime and other boards we have.

I think im the only one that takes his anime seriously (hime but unsure of exp)

But wheres the title change for the 360, PS3, Nintendo retro sections to
Mircosoft section (also for windows and PC gubins), Playstation brand and Retro section
Dont mean to moan but these whould be a nice change

Ideally, I think we should have 2 'limited power' moderators per section, and then about 5 who have power throughout the entire forum [i0n, prez, syntax, mitch, trulen].

For the specific-section mods, its particularly important to choose people who frequently post in those sections. I know I wouldn't want to moderate in the design lounge - not because I don't like it, but because I wouldn't know what the hell I was talking about.

I would be great mod for the 360&ps3 as i own and know a great deal about them both and we need some mods from the uk as all the mods we have are all american so when they go to bed where getting up meaning we all no mods for about half the day

Thats a problem within the person.

Being a moderator does not mean you can't have an opinion, and it surely doesn't mean you can't dislike certain people. You just need to know where the line between your personal life and your job as a moderator is.

I can't really say I know you all too well, Dorkfish.

While maturity may play a certain role, I personally believe that online time plays a larger role in who would make a good moderator. When I first came to this site, I had no idea who owned it, I had no idea who moderated it. In fact, the only popular person that I really felt like I knew as a newb was Brawny. I believe that being able to identify with the members on a personal basis is the most important job of a moderator. At this point, after nearly a year, I can't say I know any of the moderators on a personal basis aside from Brandon.

Indeed, we need European moderators and Australian moderators.

European wise we have plenty of possibilities such as Wiired and Myself and others. Australian wise I'd say Eagles.
