Maybe the option to chose would work if that many people wanted it.

Even though I'm fine with white, and having a different colour on wiichat would be strange, I do prefer reading white text with a black background.

I suggested alternative skins for WiiChat a while ago but nothing has changed. I said that we should without a doubt keep the default skin white; but also include optional colors to suite anyone's liking.

Right now, I don't think it's a necessity.

I agree with that. The only reason i would actually want the color changed is that i do not handle bright colors very well, and this white is SHINY SHINY bright.

I like the colour-scheme.

It is Wii related and easy on the eyes.

I hate these forums that try to look cool by making everything really dark.

On another note, we have been getting a lot of new member recently, so I think it may be time to implement either more moderators or more boards (such as Mario Kart Wii).

more members are responding way less to spam and being helpful by reporting posts

reporting posts with pervy pic count is adding up as fast as reporting spam posts -- pics get removed. :yesnod:

Spam hasn't really been a problem as of late, at least I haven't seen Spam like we did before.

But its more than just spammers and all that, it comes with organization and the potential to have an abundance of members join before and after Brawl is released. Same can be said about Mario Kart. Staff being added to help out soon would be a good idea, and no one has to worry about the forum running smoothly as everything will be in good shape.

yes, there is more than spam... the mods and i0n have been tight lipped about adding mods since it was discussed in the "5 things thread"... they were kinda vocal about it then but now they don't address it.

they're not procrastinating... if they're not quite in the place they expected to be at this time then i'm sure they or i0n is trying and are really close.

they read these posts and everyone is pestering them because in the back of the poster's mind they wish to be choosen as the new mod ...the posts that are so harsh and insistent with an underlining tone

the site is working well today... and the brawl flood may cause quit a hit to wiichat... but mods and i0n would have a better clue than members if it would be a temporary condition

this board is 2 years old... they are prepared and notified if a mod will have excessive absense from their duties.

Correct, I described rep more but there is simpler things which are more important that I requested.

The site needs staff as in the last few days we have had several spammers and advertisers that have went un noticed for a while. We only have staff from the American region with them all being American/Canadian apart from i0n who doesn't really do the modding and acts as more of a co-ordinator. We need European moderators or at least any moderators.

More site features, simply put we have been down graded but increased advertisements and I would like us to evolve and not down grade. Firstly we have the review feature in its final stages in testing but I would like more such as news. The site news was a high light for us all before it was took down. We don't need professionals requesting payment we just need some volunteers from the site that would gladly contribute for free.

As I said before....^^
