General Forum Suggestions

Perhaps...listen to whats being suggested? I don't mean to be the pessimist of the group, but I'm beginning to think this thread was made for the sole purpose of keeping us from posting threads over our complaints. Sure, Syntax responds, but nothings being done.

If no one else noticed, i0n got us *new advertisements* pretty damn quick. Why didn't those take months[/years]to get up and running? I've been here for quite a while and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I've never even personally spoken to the administrator- shouldn't he be the first one to greet everyone at the door? Shouldn't he be the first one we run to when we have a question? Who the hell is the guy? And why is everyone so damn quick to defend him? He made the site (and thats great and all) BUT THE SITE IS MAKING HIM MONEY.

The only time I've EVER seen him post is to make a random thread in off-topic or post some wii news. So i0n (if you're out there) why don't you stop by and tell us who you are, what you're up to, and your future plans. We don't want generalities, we want to know if we're actually going to survive the release of Brawl, MarioKart, WiiWare or WiiFit.

Good point. Whenever someone has a suggestion they are pointed here, but nothing is actually changed. Ever.

It seems like the only reason we are told to post here is so it is easier to ignore.

I have actually posted the most requested thread changes in the mod lounge. Along with that, I have made suggestions of having another Administrator to be added to help deal with the addition of these new changes and moderators. However, with limited powers I'm unable to do anything. I guess you could call me a "Spokesperson". All I can say is that I hope changes are made soon as I look forward to all of them.

Yes, we do need changes. I have made my points several times and we shouldn't be needed to repeat ourselves to be ignored again.

I know i0n is busy running 3 (possibly 4) sites and working for Joystiq but at least appoint out some power for people to take care of the forum for him.

We never really reached a high point of hype or popularity as we did with Galaxy, Metroid, smash brothers or our other sub forums.

I believe that white is fine. Having a black forum skin wouldn't make much sense when we are discussing the Wii.
