No if you say 4 pacific it would be 6 central and 7 eastern but I don't know were Fraz lives.This is why it is important to put were you live when you sign up for this site.You look at the location of someone else and then you find out in what time zone they live in.

Edit: as it says why would you wanna know? Anyway its neutral time meaning take away 6 or something if you lived in a +6 tiemzone =/ geussed where I live yet?
