hey, im in the fricken sky cannon chamber and whenever i try to leave all i get is shad tell'in me "hey, hey? where exactly might you be going, mike." and then it returns me to the cannon! what should i do....is that supposed to happen

You have to walk around it until Midna says something don't save and turn it off whatever you do

People that say Ocarina is better than Twilight are just nostalgic and don't think practically. It's like "Hay dude, screw alla these newfangled 'Next Gen' games, Space Invaders is like sooooo much better, cause I played it first! Hur-Hur!"
Playing Ocarina is like playing Twilight in Blocky Character Mode, with a Hyrule Field that's five times smaller.
